Parking

Unfortunately there is no car parking for the public onsite, although there are 4 designated parking bays for 'orange or blue badge' holders on the east side of the building (Midland Road), near Gate 5 which gives level access on to the Library's Piazza (forecourt).

Please note that assistance cannot be provided to use these wheelchairs.

There are toilets on all floors of the Library, including adapted toilets for those with disabilities.

All lifts have vocal announcements and controls at a convenient height for wheelchair users.

Hearing Impaired Visitors

A Text telephone is available at the Information Desk for public use. The number is  (0)20 7387 0634. All public telephones are fitted with inductive couplers. Induction loops are fitted at all information, enquiry and sales desks. Induction loops are installed in many areas of the Conference Centre, including the Auditorium.
